Learn, how to:

1. Search, collate, gather, photocopy, attest, & scan all required documents, organise in one single folder with visual thumbnails & naming conventions, for easy searching & uploading.
2. Edit, modify, notarise, & multi-upload the Common Enrolment Affidavit.
3. Download, print, & get the Certificate of Good Moral Character signed by 2 Advocates.
4. Validate email & phone number, by OTP verification.
5. Enter personal details, with name matching in English and Marathi (Devnagri script).
6. Enter educational details, for semester-wise & year-wise marks auto-calculation.
7. Enter previous employment section, with details on retirement, business closure, etc.
8. Enter police case section, with case details.
9. Upload all attested & scanned required documents.
10. Pay Sanad Enrolment fees online on BHIM UPI app.

The new process, is a result of Supreme Court verdict on Gaurav Kumar v. Union of India, abolishing inconsistent & exorbitant enrolment fees set by SBCs. On 13th Aug 2024, BCMG opened its updated Sanad enrolment portal, now at the reduced fees of ₹750. The new process is quite complex, very difficult, tricky, still has few technical glitches, & some timeout issues.

List of documents required:

1. All semesters LLB marksheets (ATKT too)
2. All year Graduation marksheets (ATKT too)
3. Previous Graduation / Convocation certificate, or Graduation marklist
4. HSC marksheet
5. Birth certificate / Passport / School Leaving certificate / SSC certificate
6. Aadhaar card
7. Photograph (in dress code)
8. Signature scanned
9. Good moral character certificate (2 Advocates 10+ yrs exp.)
10. Common enrolment affidavit for
a. Age verification (if applicable),
b. Police verification (if applicable),
c. Name change (if applicable),
d. Other state law degree (if applicable),
e. Online marksheet submission (if applicable),
f. Current service undertaking (if applicable).
11. Marriage certificate (name change for women)
12. Caste certificate (if applicable)
13. Disability certificate (if applicable)


Tips for activities to do well in advance:
---------------------------------------------------------------
1. Determine which documents are applicable to you.
2. Collate required applicable documents in one place.
2. Photocopy documents from professional shop.
3. Get all photocopies "True Copy" attested, against originals:
either by College Principal, or Notary.
4. Print "Good Moral Character Certificate" on green legal ledger paper.
5. Find 2 Advocates to endorse character certificate, who:
a. know you for 2+ years, from filing date,
b. are on roll of Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa,
c. are having 10+ years of practice,
d. are not Members of Bar Council,
e. are not related to you.
6. Buy ₹100 stamp paper in your name, print edited affidavit, get it notarised.
7. Get photographed professionally, in full Advocate dress (with neck band),
ask for digital copy.
8. Affix your signature on a plain and blank white paper.
9. Get all attested, endorsed, & signed copies of documents scanned professionally,
checking file size (1MB), & file type (.JPG, .PDF only).
10. Ensure access to phone & email entered in application (for OTP).
11. Have decent laptop / desktop, with decent internet speed.
12. Ensure netbanking, credit / debit card, or UPI is working.
