New Guidebook Available at the Walking in the Wild Shop! https://www.walkinginthewild.co.uk/sh...

Distance: 15.26km (9.48 Miles)
Ascent: 20m (66ft)
Duration: 4 Hours 13 Minutes

The final part of the Weavers Way from Halvergate to Great Yarmouth. Usually this final section begins at Acle but due to some previous flooding I had to alter my route slightly. It crosses several miles of flat grazing marshland to arrive at Berney Arms station and Mill where the Wherrymans Way is joined. Here the path follows the edge of RSPB Breydon Water for 5 miles to end at the Train Station in Great Yarmouth.

The Weavers' Way is a superb 61 mile long waymarked trail linking the towns of Cromer and Great Yarmouth. It passes through a vast section of the Broads National Park and one of the best trails to see this wildlife rich wetland.
