In this recipe, I am going to teach you how to make fish curry in a clay pot. Claypot increases the flavor of the curry and adds its own unique flavor to the recipe.
Fish curry in tamarind sauce is a tangy & spicy recipe popularly known as Chepala pulusu in Andhra Pradesh. Fish curry is well blended with tamarind juice and other spices.

Ingredients:
tamarind
turmeric
red chilli powder
Salt
curry leaves
oil
pot
green chillies
onions.

Method

1. Add fish pieces in a clay pot.
2. Add oil, salt, red chilli powder, onions, and green chilies & leave it for 20mins.
3. Add tamarind pulp and mix it well.
4. keep the pot on fire and leave it for 30mins.
5. Clay pot fish is ready to be served. Serve it hot with steamed rice
