How To Reset Echo Dot 5th Generation.
1. Hold down the "Action Button" for 15 seconds until the device says it's reseting. Don't let go until the device says that it's going to reset. After a few seconds the device is going into set up mode but you need to keep holding until it says the device is resetting. Don't let up on the button until you hear it speak saying that it is reseting.
2. Wait 1 minute for the device to reset. It will then change the color of lights at the base and tell you that it is ready for set up by speaking to you in 3 different languages.
