Installation of Ladlesport's Windshield Brace for a Yamaha Super Tenere 1200

I always wondered people felt the need to brace the Super Tenere Windshield... I only had a phone on the cross brace. Sure the Windshield assembly wiggled a lot but nothing major.
That all changed when I put a tablet on that cross bar. After less than a mike on a bumpy IL back road I realized I absolutely needed those braces. The whole assembly was really flexing/shaking and I knew on a wash board gravel road it would destroy itself in no time. I knew on the Yamahasupertenere.com forum that there was a vendor/member who made these braces. I went home and ordered them. For only $7.50 more I got expedited shipping to ensure that I would receive them. Matt (proprietor) texted me to give him a call. He then sent me a YouTube link to a video that some guy made. His video was ok but it left me with questions. I decided to do a video that was a little more in depth on the explanation side of things. Now a triangle is one of the strongest shapes (if not the strongest) when you go to build something and want it to not move. What Matt has done with these braces is make a triangular mounted Windshield assembly and it is now super 💪 and solid... as in no movement at all.
