Healthy tea-time poha potato balls are a delicious and nutritious snack that combines the goodness of poha (flattened rice) and potatoes. These balls are often made with minimal oil, making them a lighter alternative to deep-fried snacks.

Ingredients:

•200 gm Poha (flattened rice)
•4 boiled potatoes
•1 cup groundnut powder
•1 cup chopped coriander
•Lemon juice
•1/4 tsp turmeric powder
•1 tsp red chilli powder
•1 tsp coriander powder
•1 tsp cumin seeds
•2 green chillies
•1 inch ginger
•1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)
•Salt to taste
•Oil

Recipe:

In 1 big bowl add washed poha (flattened rice) , boiled potatoes, groundnut powder, coriander leaves, lemon juice, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, asafoetida (hing), chopped green chillies and ginger, salt to taste. Mash and mix these ingredients throughly.
Make balls from these mixture and deep fry them until golden brown.
Serve these crispy poha potato balls with your favourite chutney.
