This update (Update 6) also introduces 8 new music tracks to the game, composed by Kaveh Cohen and Michael Nielsen, and Peter Holmstrom, and these will be played while you’re in the Homespace.

Forza Motorsport 2023 has different variation of themes that changes when you start up the game, go into the design & paint menu, the homespace/main menu, and enter a race series.
This particular theme seem to be an unreleased music track.
