I am SO sorry for my complete botched pronunciation of Mists of Tirna Scithe.

This mount is super easy to get, just take the flightpath to Tirna Scithe, run to the entrance of the maze at 31 54 and then run through the doorways in this order, straight to the boss:

Left
Right
Left
Right
Straight
Slight Left

If you don't see the purple pony waiting for you, you've made a wrong turn. You will need to exit the maze and start over again. Remember, the doorways we're going through all have a blue lantern next to them.

Once you get to the pony, kill Shizger and then pet the pony and the Shimmermist Runner will drop into your bag. Shizger is apparently on a 30-60 minute timer, but has been up every time I've been in the area.
