One of our homeowners had an issue with their spring cable that came undone. This causes a door to work unevenly and not operate properly since there's no cable attached to the bottom of the door it creates one side to have all the detention and not allowing the garage door to open properly, so this was a pretty easy job. I went hung the cable back on and got the door open again so just a new wheel rollers since they were worn out a full lubrication service since they had been neglected and it should be done every six months. As well as a full tuneup, she neglected that stuff and she will be having the same issue happening again because we already know this is not her first time.
