Brownie Recipe:
Brownie Part-
2 cups sweet potato/1large sweet potato (boiled, peeled, and mashed) (I bought two because I didn't know if I would need it)
1 cup unsweetened peanut butter or nut butter of choice
2/3 cup of agave or sweetener of choice
2/3 cup of cacao powder
handful of walnuts
Cheesecake Part-
~ 195g to 225g of cream cheese (you can add more for more of a cheesecake flavor)
~ 50g of sugar or sweetener of choice
1 large egg

Directions:
Boil 1 large sweet potato, peel, and mash
Put mashed sweet potato in bowl
add peanut butter, agave, cacao powder, and walnuts to bowl
Mix until everything is incorporated well
Place mixture in oven safe container
Add cheesecake, sugar, and egg to a bowl, mix thoroughly until there are no clumps
Place mixture on top of brownie part
Use a fork to decorate the top (Optional)
Preheat oven to 350 F or ~177 C
Place oven tray with brownie and cheesecake mixture inside, into the oven bake for ~ 35 to 45 checking regularly (I would suggest baking longer for a firmer consistency)
