Our old friend Shepherd refers us to some biker gang commissions in the Outer Ring, in order to help us find intel on the missing Perlman. It turns out Perlman was "recovered" by the Sons of Calydon, a biker gang vying to take power from the ruling Vanquishers in the Outer Ring. Our old friend Billy has connections with the Sons of Calydon, and helps us make a quid pro quo arrangement with them: We help the Sons of Calydon win the Tour de Inferno and take over the Outer Ring, and in return they give us Perlman. Let the mayhem begin!
