Crawford's Name Being Used to Promote Boots Ennis

Jaron Boots Ennis made David Avacado quit on his stool after the end of the 5th round. David Anesthesia took this fight on a 3 week short notice. Boots did what he was supposed to do against Avacado.

Now, in the aftermath of the fight boxing fans and reporters are bringing up Terence Crawford's name again when it comes to Boots. Boot's team and his supporters, are building Jaron Ennis profile off of Terence Crawford's name.

After the fight in a post fight interview. Boots said “Sign the contract. Referring to Crawford. Boots said if Crawford wanted to fight, he would have stayed at 147.

In a Boxing Scene article, written by Tom Ivers. He mentioned that Crawford's name is always mentioned alongside Jaron Ennis's name every time he fights. But Tom lied in this article.

The Boxing Scene writer lied and said this. "Ennis was the mandatory challenger for Crawford’s IBF title. But the champion chose to make a move up to junior middleweight rather than face the young challenger."

That paragraph was a lie. ow he should have wrote it was like this. Jaron Boots Ennis was Errol Spence's mandatory, prior to Terence Crawford beating Spence for undisputed on July 29th of 2023.

Once Crawford beat Spence. Crawford inherited Spence's IBF mandatory, which was Boots. However, Spence and Crawford had an automatic rematch clause... which was activated by Errol Spence shortly after his knockout loss to Bud.

Michael Benson and Terence Crawford reported on this in September of 2023 via X. The app formally known as Twitter. Boots said back on November 16th of 2023... that Crawford had an opportunity to fight him. But Crawford rather be stripped after having the IBF strap for only 3 months.

What Boots failed to mention was that 2 months prior. Errol Spence activated his rematch clause to fight Crawford. Boot's team knew this. So, team Ennis filed paperwork with the IBF to enforce his mandatory for the IBF strap.

Knowing dam well he wasn't gonna get the Crawford fight because of the rematch clause with Spence. So, Bud was stripped. And Boots became the IBF email champ.

In a YSM interview. Which is a pro Boots Ennis YouTube channel that makes negative videos about Crawford. Bozy Ennis admitted that him and Boots were offered the Bud Crawford fight back in 2022 from BLK Prime.

This was before Bud fought David Avanesyan. Bozy said and I quote. "We'll take that Crawford fight in a heartbeat. When Dez, who is the president of BLK Prime said lets sit down and talk... so we can make the fight happen.

Bozy said hold up. You have to first sit down and talk to my people Stephen Espinosa and Showtime. When Dez reached out to Espinosa to make the Crawford Boots fight... Espinosa gave them the run around.

Bozy later admitted that him and Boots never had a contract with Showtime. So, that mean they were free agents. They could have made the fight back in 2022. But Bozy kick the ball to Espinosa.

This is what I mean by Boots and his handlers are using Crawford's name to build up Boots. Boots and Bozy Ennis said back in 2023 that he was hoping to get Crawford, Spence, or Keith Thurman in the ring for years.

Boots said. “I wanted to fight Spence, then Crawford beat Spence, and I wanted to fight Crawford. I want to fight and beat the best. I never got my chance to show it.

We wanted Errol Spence, but he did not want to fight us. Crawford beat Spence, and he did not want to fight us. We have been waiting two years for this.

This was something that was coming for a month now. (IBF president) Daryl Peoples sent me a text a month ago. Letting us know they were gonna strip the winner between Crawford and Spence of the IBF strap.

And give it to us. We could not say anything public. When the IBF went public, that’s when I found out it was official. Eddie Hearn is the promoter and he has the backing of DAZN and Turki Alashihk.

So, my question is this. Is Jaron Boots Ennis moving up to 154 to force a fight with Terence Crawford? If not... Then what are we talking about?
