We went here on the Sunday afternoon for our dinner. I've never been here before, but I already ate at Fogo De Chao many times in Irvine Spectrum after walking excursions. I thought it would be a fun experience, and it was overall. We made a reservation with OpenTable a couple days ago. This place is truly awesome, in a great location close to the 405 with ample parking. I might be very busy on Saturday!

The bread on the salad bar was fresh and delicious. There seemed to be quite a few Mediterranean options, with various olives, for example, artichoke hearts, and garbanzo bean salads. There are lots of vegetables, like broccoli, street corn, cucumber salad, and asparagus.
