🔥📚 Aare Gorge (German: Aareschlucht) is long alpine river gorge with icy blue water and interesting curved formations on the bordering rock walls. To reach there you can stop at the station, named as Meiringen and then search on the map for Aare Gorge west entrance and you'll land up at the entrance of this beautiful place. You need to pay 10 CHF person to get the entry to this place and trust me, you won't regret buying this ticket.

🔵 After doing this 1.4 kms walk you can directly head towards the Reichenbach falls which is at a distance of 4 kms from Aare Gorge. You can reach at the top of the waterfall either by Furnicular (small train) or on foot. Prefer going to the top by furnicular if you cannot afford to
climb up the steep hill. The cost of furnicular is 8 CHF (one side). It is a bit of a struggle to reach the top on foot but the views from the top are insane and will amaze you. It is also said that Sherlock Holmes died at this waterfall.
