I experiment with converting a Technics 1210 turntable into a flywheel hand-crank DIY generator. I repurpose vinyl records to make pulley wheels that can spin a generator, with the ultimate goal of generating enough voltage to charge a power bank. The project was a first try at making a pulley belt out of polyester rope - and thinking about ways to make simple pulley wheels.
