Would you withdraw RM109,000 from a bank, and then...
(1) Put the money in a bag and leave it on the front seat of your car?
(2) Then go for a drink at a nearby restaurant?
Is this headmaster criminally stupid or just negligent or careless?
The money meant for the school was reimbursed by the taxpayer.
