hello everyone! this was a super hard video for me to do. for years i have avoided talking about this because i've been so embarrassed. however, i remember being a young girl so hurt and confused by not finding anyone else my age struggling with this issue. my boobs have been one of the main factors in my struggle with body dysmorphia and my mental health issues. i hope this video will be a start to normalizing what so many people have but don't even realize it. please remember that you are not alone. always reach out to me if you need to talk to someone!
