Wanggaoliao, also known as Wangtiankan, is at the highest point of Dadu Plateau. It has elevated terrain and good view, enabling visitors to overlook the Taichung Port area in the west; plain to the south of Dadu River in the south; and the metropolitan view of Taichung City in the east.
Due to advantages provided by the terrain, visitors can relish the view of city and light changes in the sky at different times here at Wanggaoliao. From the first light of day, light of the declining sun and romantic night view, Wanggaoliao that always presents you a splendid play of night and shadow welcomes everyone at any time.

望高寮は「王田坎」とも呼ばれ、大肚台地で標高が最も高い地点です。開けた地形で、周囲に視界をさえぎるものがないため、西に台中港を、南に彰化大肚溪以南の平地を、東に台中市内を見渡すことができます。
高台にある望高寮では時間とともに移り変わる都市の風景、空と光の変化を眺めることができます。闇を切り裂いてさす暁の光、空を赤く染める夕日、ロマンチックな夜景。ここにはいつでも圧倒的な美があり、訪れるすべての人を感嘆させています。

왕가오랴오는 왕톈칸 이라고도 불리며, 다두 대지에서 가장 높은 산야입니다. 해당 일대는 지세가 높아 시야가 탁 트여있어서 서쪽으로는 멀리 타이중항구가 바라다보이고, 남쪽으로는 다두시 이남 평지와, 동쪽으로는 타이중 도심과 연해있습니다.
