This video explains the theoretical and practical insights of Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act 1955, which provides for obtaining a decree for Restitution of Conjugal Rights by the Aggrieved Spouse against the Spouse who, has without any reasonable cause withdrawn from the society of the other spouse. Also, this video explains about the execution of such a decree so obtained, under Order 21 Rule 32 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
