Fish Fry Masala Recipe (English Version)
Ingredients:
1 kg fish (boneless or with bones – Rohu or any white fish)
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
3 tbsp gram flour (besan)
2 tbsp rice flour (for extra crispiness)
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
For Green Chutney:
1 cup fresh coriander leaves
½ cup mint leaves
2 green chilies
2 tbsp yogurt
Salt and lemon juice to taste
Instructions:
Clean and wash the fish properly, then pat dry with a towel.
In a bowl, mix lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, and all dry spices.
Add gram flour and rice flour, mix well with a little water to make a thick paste.
Coat each fish piece evenly with the masala paste and marinate for 30–60 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan on medium flame and fry fish pieces until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Serve hot with green chutney, onion slices, and lemon wedges.

1 kilo machli (Rohu ya koi bhi safed machli)
2 chamach lemon ka ras
2 chamach adrak lehsan ka paste
2 chhoti chamach lal mirch powder
1 chhoti chamach haldi powder
1 bara chamach dhaniya powder
1 chhoti chamach zeera powder
1 chhoti chamach garam masala
3 chamach besan
2 chamach chawal ka atta (extra crisp ke liye)
Namak zarurat ke mutabiq
Tel fry karne ke liye
Hari Chutney ke Liye:
1 cup hara dhaniya
½ cup pudina
2 hari mirchen
2 chamach dahi
Namak aur lemon ka ras apni pasand se
Tayari ka Tarika:
Machli ko achi tarah saaf karke sukhha lein.
Ek bowl mein lemon ka ras, adrak lehsan paste aur tamam masalay daal kar mix karein.
Besan aur chawal ka atta daal kar thoda pani mila ke thick masala paste tayar karein.
Har machli ke piece ko masale mein ache se coat karein aur 30 se 60 minute tak marinate hone dein.
Kadhai mein tel garam karein aur machli ko dono sides se golden brown aur crispy hone tak fry karein.
Garam garam hari chutney, piyaz aur lemon ke sath serve karein.
