Jennifer's first newscast at WTVJ on January 24, 1994. She made an appearance a week earlier, reporting live on the Northridge earthquake near Los Angeles on January 17. She and Tony would soon be at the helm of most newscasts as she replaced Michele Gillen. Jackie Nespral would join a year later as secondary female anchor.
