Be advised, the above linked video shows more than just disassembly to access the mounting area.
To access the mounting area, do not remove all the screws on the back, and just unscrew the xbox/mode buttons chipsets to remove the front cover and then superglue a new nut fixation point mount ontop of the old one, just make sure its lined up properly in the groves with the old one by screwing in the screw before you glue it. Also make sure you dont get any glue on the screw, just the underside of the nut and around the edges, then lastly i used superfix from casco to smear all over the outside for it to be extra secure, tested it now and it works great. If you happen to snap the cables of the xbox IR blaster on top don't worry its only for kinect and pretty much useless.
