The concept of under earning refers to a compulsion to avoid prosperity and success despite a desire to achieve both. In his talk Paul argues that under earning is in fact a form of addiction, and behind under earning is the same high levels of shame and anxiety that fuel other addictions.

Paul Sunderland is an addictions psychotherapist, consultant and trainer with over 30 years of experience in the treatment of addictive disorders. He is Executive Director of Outcome Consulting, a UK based consultancy providing a range of psychological services and solutions to the addictions field.
