Hi guys! This week's video is about bullet journal spreads that you can use to grow in your faith. I have used all of these spreads in my own walk with Jesus and it was so rewarding to put this together so you all can hopefully use these spreads too!

The process I was referencing in spread #6 was the CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) record, which my therapist had me use. The spread was my own idea!
