The Scouting Movement, or scouting for short, is a term given to youth groups who brave the natural world around them to better themselves through learning. Surprisingly the movement is relatively recent, coming about in the early 1900s. But even at 117 years old, there's a lot of stuff to cover - be it controversy or insight. So let's do as many scouts and guides do and head out on a nature expedition of our own into the world of scouting.

*Warning - this video contains imagery from WW2 erw Germany and the USSR, along with covering (briefly) subjects such as pedophilia within the scouting movement.

**It should be noted that aside from the history portion, a lot of the imagery and information concerns (mostly) the US and UK scouting movements.
