Here are my top 3 dim sum in 2015. Let's go. First, we have sticky rice by Grand Maple. I love these because the texture of the rice is really nice, and I love the flavor of the marinated meat. Also, we're buying Canada now. Yeah, we're going crazy up here. Next we have Siu Mai or pork dumplings. These are my favorite because they're filled with juicy meat and they don't have a shrimp on top, so I like frozen Siu Mai without the shrimp. It doesn't say Canada on the package, but the address is in Vancouver, BC, and that's good enough for me. Next, we have Xiao Long Bao or XLB for short. These are by Synear, and these are actually my favorite because the skin is thin and the meat is juicy and full of flavor. But guys, these are made in America and we're buying Canada. So instead, we're gonna pick up this alternative made by the store. Not gonna lie, they're not bad, but the skin is on the thick side, and the meat could be more flavorful and juicer. So if T&T is listening, we need to step up our game if we want to beat those American dumplings. Lastly, I picked up these shrimp dumplings by Foong's Kitchen.
