［Ingredients]
・Moon Shine: 30ml
・Kinmokusai Infusion Lillet Blanc (*1): 10ml
・Amazake orgeat mix (*2): 40ml
・Mishima City spring water (*3): 10ml
・Mishima City spring water (chaser): as needed
・herry blossoms (decoration)

(*1) Kinmokusei infusion Lillet Blanc: Soak 1 g of dried Kinmokusei in 100 ml of aperitif wine "Lillet Blanc" for 1 day at room temperature. (*2) Amazake Orgeat Mix: 120ml amazake, 40ml almond syrup, 80ml apple juice, 2dash vanilla essence. (*3) Lingonberry shrub: 50 g lingonberry jam, 30 ml sherry vinegar, 20 ml apple juice, and 1 dash of lactic acid.

［To make.]
1. Put all ingredients in a shaker and shake.
Strain through a strainer and pour into a glass. Garnish with spring water from Mishima City and cherry blossoms.
