If you are looking to hang string lights in your yard but are not sure how to do it without any posts, trees, or other means to fasten the lights, look no further. I will walk you through how to be creative on creating a way to have mounting points to hand your lights to make your yard look great!

I had to come up with 3-4 unique mounting locations for my string light project. We have no place to mount the lights to on one side of the yard. Using cable and a DIY String Light Mounting Pole that doubles as a flower pot, we were able to get great coverage with lights in a very inconspicuous manner that did not break the bank.
