Q. Why weather is not loading?
A. Please make sure you have entered an OpenWeatherMap API key to WordPress admin under 'Settings' 'API Settings' and save it.

Q. Why should I use my own API Key?
A. We recommend using your own API key from OpenWeatherMap (weather data provider), as it will improve the overall performance of our plugin, due to a better connection with the OpenWeatherMap.org website.

Q. OpenWeatherMap API key is added but the weather is still not loading?
A. The API key may require a few hours to activate. If you have recently signed up or created the API key, please be patient and try again later.

Q. Can I display the weather for the location where my visitor is?
A. Yes. If you set the Location Type: to Auto, the plugin will take the visitor’s location, through IP geolocation.

Q. What do I do when I can’t find the location I want?
A: You can use the Coordinates(latitude & longitude) option from the Location Type. To get the exact coordinates, you can use this website: https://www.latlong.net/.
