This isn't exactly a combo, it's more of just a Insta-Deletion, which makes it obvious BlastMan.EXE isn't hard, considering he's the first boss in the game. BlastMan.EXE will always start the battle with 2 blocks in both center panels. This makes it easier for BlizzardBall to deal more damage if hit in the middle. BlastMan is also weak to water type chips, which makes it easier. BlizzardBall will gain more attack equal to the amount of Obstacles it absorbs along the way. Using Water type chips on Ice Panels will also deal more damage. You actually don't need to do all of these steps as far as I know. There's an alternative method where if you just use DoublePoint and Blizzard ball by itself with no AttackPlus chips, you can still beat him in a much faster time.

AttackPlus chips can be in any order they want, their effects will still stack regardless of order.
You do not have to be in Full Synchro as this is BlastMan.EXE, but it's still recommended.

With all that being said the chip "combo" I did in this particular video does around 640 regularly without the Ice Panels. But because this is BlastMan.EXE, it does somewhere around 1500+.
