I have been doing Keto for a couple months and have seen great results here is one of my go to recipes for meal prep. Should last a week. If not cut into serving size portions and freeze.

Keto Lasagna

Ingredients:
2 lbs of Roasted Turkey or Chicken or Ham
1.5 lbs Ground Beef 80/20
1.5 lbs Chorizo Pork
1 28oz can of Crushed Tomatoes
1 Tablespoon Oregano
1 Tablespoon Rosemary
1 Tablespoon Salt and Pepper
1 Teaspoon Cayenne

Cheese Filling:
3 cups Ricotta Cheese
1 Pack Queso Fresco 10oz
1 cup Parmesan
1 tablespoon Pepper
