As part of the CBSE Bharatiya Bhasha Utsav, our students from Foundation stage to Secondary stage enthusiastically participated in a colourful Bharatiya Bhasha Mela, celebrating the linguistic richness of India. Various traditional musical instruments and regional dishes were displayed, giving students a glimpse into the cultural diversity of our country.They were encouraged to speak in their own mother tongue, fostering pride in their roots and helping them appreciate the beauty of multilingual India. Throughout the week-long celebration, learners engaged in meaningful activities and shared stories, songs, and experiences in different Indian languages.The event also served as a heartfelt tribute to Mahakavi Subramania Bharati (Bharatiyar), the great poet and freedom fighter who strongly advocated for the importance of languages and the unity of India.
Overall, it was a week of joy, learning, and cultural harmony, where students truly embraced the essence of Bharatiya Bhasha Utsav.
