The worst hotel chain in the UK, according to consumer watchdog Which? is Britannia Hotels. I visit the Adelphi Hotel in Liverpool and the Grand Hotel in Llandudno to see if these hotels are as bad as people say.

[SOUND QUALITY APOLOGY: I normally use a handle when operating my GoPro. While exploring the hotels, I held the camera without a handle, to be more discreet. Unfortunately I discovered this creates many clicks, rattles and other annoying noises. They tend to be more obvious when using the rear mic (this seems to be very sensitive) compared with the front mic. Note taken.]
