Jewish meditation dates back nearly 3800 years -- yet is far less known.

In this session of Kabbalah Café we explore Jewish meditation: its history, its process, and its techniques. We learn what differentiates Jewish meditation from all others, and discover how its regular practice can radically transform our lives for the better.
