Let me tell you a simple solution for this, drink liquorice decoction. You will get licorice easily. Soak 10 grams liquorice in two glasses of water overnight. Boil that water in the morning, when one-fourth is left, then consume it when it remains lukewarm. Licorice is effective in curing stomach diseases such as acidity, ulcer, ulcerative colitis or any kind of inflammation or infection in the intestines. Mulethi's decoction is safe, it can be consumed by children and adults.
Apart from this, there is a medicine in Ayurveda called Avipattikar Churna. If acidity is very high, then mix 10 grams of Kamadudha juice in 100 grams of Avipattikar Churna and take one spoon with water thrice a day.
You have to avoid tea, fried roast, cheese and chili. Eat light digestible food. You will definitely be benefited.
