We live in a world that glorifies speed—fast results, instant success, and quick turnarounds. But God’s process doesn’t work that way. He refines, He molds, and He prepares us in the secret place before revealing His masterpiece. Just because you can’t see what He’s doing doesn’t mean nothing is happening.

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good testimony. By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible.” — Hebrews 11:1-3

Think about that—everything we see now was once unseen. God spoke, and the worlds were formed. In the same way, He is speaking over your life, shaping and refining you in ways you may not yet understand. Your season of waiting isn’t a delay; it’s divine preparation.

Just like a chef doesn’t rush a gourmet meal, God isn’t rushing His work in you. The best dishes take time, and the best versions of us require refinement, testing, and patience. So instead of trying to force things to happen, let God cook. Rest in faith, trust the process, and watch as He reveals something far greater than you ever expected.

Wait well, trust Him, and know that what He’s preparing in the secret place is worth the wait!
