To assign different colors to point groups in Civil 3D

1. Open your drawing in Civil 3D.
2. Go to the "Prospector" tab in the Toolspace panel.
3. Expand the "Point Groups" category to see all available point groups.
4. Right-click on the desired point group and select "Properties."
5. In the "Point Group Properties" dialog box, go to the "Display" tab.
6. Change the color by clicking on the color box under the "Point Style" or "Point Label Style" column.
