It is a rare disease in which the bone gets eaten away spontaneously. There are marked lytic areas in the bone due to this ailment. It looks like a moth eaten appearance.This is a very unusual disease in which there is spontaneous resorption of the bone. It is a very rare disease. The etiology is unknown. The bone is permeated by lymaphatic and blood vessels.
Angimatosis (increased lymph and blood vessels)and fibrosis is seen inside the bone. Any part of axila skeleton can be effected, shull, spine, jaw bone can be effected. It is believed to be due to error of lymaphatic system inside the body. Its benign disease, but the rate of progress of disease is not constant. Fracture occur but there is poor healing.There is no features suggestive of malignancy.
