I can often struggle to drop fully into my body so, in my own meditation and the music I create, I often seek deeper and darker tinged soundtracks that help me to ground. This track is built around 396 Hz Root Chakra Solfeggio frequency as well as the key of C.
The vocal sample, Om Namo Narayanaya, translates as "I bow to the Ultimate Reality, Narayana" - Hindu mantra and invocation addressed to Narayana, the god of preservation - the form of Vishnu who lays in eternal rest beneath the cosmic waters. While it has many interpretations, it is widely seen as a tool for achieving self-realisation and oneness with the Divine.
I do not associate with any one religion, but maintain respect and belief in the wisdom to be found in all. The intention and energy behind mantras, invocations, music and offerings are what supplies their power. The intention behind this soundtrack carries a deep, steady energy to help you feel grounded and confident.
