Okay, not technically surgery... but today marks Day One of my VSG Again journey, a complete reset, like I just rolled out of the operating room without the anesthesia 😅

I’m doing the full VSG pre-op, post-op, and everything in between… just without going under the knife. Why? Because my health, my future babies, my faith, and my fierce determination to run a marathon one day are all worth it.

This vlog captures all the first-day feelings: nerves, reflections, cravings, a little food drama (of course), and the quiet strength that comes when you know God is walking you through it.
