New Delhi, July 28 (ANI): Delhi Police has nabbed one desperate criminal Karamveer Shaukin of Kala Jathedi gang, who absconded after firing upon police team. Earlier in brief exchange of fire with police, his associate Rahul alias Rohit was arrested while Shaukin managed to escape taking advantage of incessant rains. After that police team raided his several hideouts but every time he managed to escape at the eleventh hour. During the search, the police team received secret information that Karamveer will come to receive money from his relative at Jharoda Village. The team immediately laid a trap near Jharoda Mandir and apprehended him. Accused revealed that he had a brawl with one of his neighbours in which accused Karamveer was badly beaten and he wanted to take revenge from him. In this regard, he along with Rahul went to Gonda UP and purchased two desi kattas and live rounds to kill his neighbour. But after brief encounter with the police, his associate Rahul was arrested by the STF while he managed to escape.
