Long time, no upload! I'm finally settled into my new apartment and very glad that I'm still able to record sound tests. I didn't join the GB for this board originally, but found a good deal below cost so I just sent it. I've been looking for a great 75% replacement for the Thera 75 and I'm really hoping this is it.

For the first time ever...I enjoy MX blacks in a build...crazy to even say it. This board really is the best MX blacks on alu build that I've had yet. Also unexpectedly: I like the top mount far more than the o-ring mount! I've tried a few configs and found that the top mount just has more oomph to it. There's something just so much more substantial about the sound and typing feel. I think it's interesting how I've grown and now enjoy stiffer typing experiences. I guess it just happens with time in this hobby.

Overall, banger of a board. I really, really love the looks of the bottom of the board and the top right blocker is a huge plus. Construction and ano quality is what I expect of Monokei. They've made some of my favorite boards that I've owned and the Tomo does not disappoint. I'm hoping that this proves to be the 75 that I keep in my collection for more than a few months.
