Called Metrocenter, the mall opened in the latter 70s. Approximately 30 years on, it had fallen on hard times, with all four major anchor stores pulling out, Sears being the last one.
This is video from a family visit we paid to the mall in '91. What I didn't know is I wasn't supposed to be videotaping all throughout the mall like this.
There is a second part.
