Shanghai Hit by Biggest Typhoon Since 1949

The biggest typhoon in more than 70 years has hit Shanghai, bringing gale-force winds and heavy rain to the eastern seaboard. As Minmin Low reports on Bloomberg Television, Typhoon Bebinca is impacting China's financial capital at the start of a days-long national holiday.
