High school student turned fugitive wanted for murder, Maryland's Most Wanted

The United States Marshals Service has joined the search for the suspect accused of gunning down a 17-year-old inside the Columbia Mall in Howard County.

William Thomas Marshall III, 17, is wanted for the murder of Angelo Little, 17, according to the Howard County Police Department.
