I made authentic dry Ghanaian bofrot (also known as Cameroonian gateau), but with a twist: Just like your Puff Puff Recipe or African Buns, you will surely love this. Beignets Recipe

3 ½ cups All-purpose flour
¼ cup melted butter or margarine
1 cup Coconut Milk
1 large egg, room temperature
¼ cup sugar
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. nutmeg (lemon zest, Vanilla Extract)
2 tsp. yeast

If your Coconut Milk is too thick, use ½ cup and mix it with ½ cup water.
