The Post-Pandemic Workforce: Designing for Age Diversity

Описание к видео The Post-Pandemic Workforce: Designing for Age Diversity

The U.S. workforce has become increasingly diverse across multiple key factors, not the least of which age diversity. People are living longer, staying healthier longer, and staying in the workforce longer, while at the other end of the age spectrum, birth rates are falling. The result is a transformation in workforce demographics, with people over 55 representing both the fastest growing segment of the workforce and the largest. This session will explore how the multi-generational workforce came to be, and how smart, intentional workplace design can help to attract, retain, engage, and empower ALL generations present in the U.S. workplace today.

Presented by Erik Lucken, Strategy Director, IA Interior Architects.

A 25-year veteran of the design industry, Erik is a workplace strategist based in the Minneapolis office of IA Interior Architects.
