Growing up I loved to enjoy a root beer float it never crossed my mind to try a Coca Cola Float, Root beer versus a Coca Cola float is a whole different taste, don't get me wrong I do enjoy both flavors! So, this is a very simple 2 ingredients Ice cream Coke float to try, Perfect for Summer drink!
There’s just something about a super cold and fizzy Coca Cola mixed with creamy vanilla ice cream that really does the trick on a hot summer day. It’s so refreshing and delicious!
I hadn’t had one in a while, so my kids and I decided to make them together last weekend. They are incredibly quick and easy and are literally impossible to mess up. Just pour a cold can or bottle of Coca Cola into a glass, then add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. That’s it! Seriously SO EASY and super yummy. This recipe is definitely an oldie but a goodie.
