"There are two blessings which many people lose: health and free time."

Instead of gaining knowledge or spiritual growth, viewers are often exposed to superficial content focused on showing off and drama.

The Quran instructs believers to avoid vain talk and meaningless distractions. True faith requires turning away from purposeless speech and unnecessary displays of personal life.

Showing off (Riya) is a form of minor shirk.
The Prophet (ﷺ) warned against riya, which damages sincerity and corrupts intentions. Constantly performing for an audience just to be seen goes against the purity of faith.

Islam honors modesty (Haya), especially for women.
When women repeatedly reveal themselves on social media in ways that contradict Islamic guidelines of modesty, it affects their dignity and spiritual wellbeing.

Before we criticize, we must ensure our intentions are pure. Allah says:
"Invite to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good instruction."
Our corrections should come from kindness and a desire to help, not hate.
