This projector is a good for casual use in the home. It would be a great addition for any college student or for a home theatre/man cave. The picture quality is pretty nice and comparable to the other two projectors in this price range that I tested. It is 1200 lumens and 800x480 native resolution which looks good for most applications. It will not be as crisp as 1080p on a HDTV but this can also be projected much bigger. The size I tested it out at was as big as my entire top half of my living room wall. It is nice for gaming, movies, and streaming anything you could virtually do on your tablet or computer as well. Where this loses a star is the sound due to the fan being a bit loud which affects audio quality compared to other units I have used and also the fact that the included HDMI while nice, is not good quality. It cut out multiple times in only the first 30 min using it and made me go back to one of my own. Otherwise, this has been a very good projector for it's price range and put out some pretty good picture.
